Since she commenced farm life Steph has been writing her thoughts and everyday experiences in a series of diaries.

Significance

In 2018 Steph said about her diares:

Ever since I moved into the farming life 33 years ago I have been writing poems and short stories about my everyday experiences, painting and drawing pictures about them, and I am now writing my third journal and there has never been as much to write about as there is in the now of today.
