This memorial and plaque was constructed in dedication to soldiers who were killed or injured within the Australian Forces during peacetime. The plaque features the symbols of the Royal Australian Navy, Australian Imperial Force and the Royal Australian Air Force. The memorial was dedicated on the 1 May 2009 on behalf of the Injured Service Persons Association in South Australia.
