There is a tunnel on Gorge Road near Castambul (Adelaide, South Australia). Images of the end points are embedded in the uploaded image which shows the path of the tunnel in red. I have not researched the purpose of the tunnel, but I pass both ends whenever I drive along Gorge Road and thought someone might like a better idea of its location.
